  • Collaborate with the New Columbia team both internally and during client calls.
  • Assist in sending follow-up email summaries to clients.
  • Retrieve and share documents as required.
  • Create new boards on Monday.com or upload client documents and links to the platform.
  • Join client-facing Zoom calls and take detailed project-focused notes.
  • Use call notes to create and manage project boards and associated tasks within the Monday.com ecosystem.
  • Meet with leaders weekly to review current project deliverables.

Requirements

Target Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Between 8 am - 5 pm EST, Monday - Friday

Number of Hours: Part-time at 20 hours per week

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and note-taking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with tools like Zoom and Monday.com is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Must be fluent in English language.
