We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for meeting with clients, providing regular updates, and conducting kickoff calls to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This is a part-time role starting with 2 hours per day for 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to provide updates and address their needs.
  • Conduct kickoff calls with new clients to establish relationships and set expectations.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by proactively managing communication.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve client success processes.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in American English.
  • Availability to work during EST afternoons.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in client success or account management is a plus.
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
