We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for meeting with clients, providing regular updates, and conducting kickoff calls to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This is a part-time role starting with 2 hours per day for 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to provide updates and address their needs.
- Conduct kickoff calls with new clients to establish relationships and set expectations.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by proactively managing communication.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve client success processes.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Native proficiency in American English.
- Availability to work during EST afternoons.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in client success or account management is a plus.
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
