Role and responsibilities:

Hecksow is looking for a proactive Outreach Specialist to join our team as we enter a new phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone experienced in building an outbound network funnel, with a major advantage for experience in the technology and blockchain sectors. The successful candidate will be instrumental in reaching out to venture capital firms and other financial institutions to secure funding for our next round. This position requires expertise in using outreach tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Closely, and equivalent platforms. In this role, you will:

• Identify and engage with potential investors, including venture capital firms and institutional investors.

• Use tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Closely to build and manage a robust pipeline of fundraising opportunities.

• Develop and execute outreach strategies to secure new funding rounds.

• Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation and presentations for investor meetings.

• Track and analyze the progress of outreach efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize success.

• Maintain relationships with current and prospective investors, providing regular updates on Hecksow’s progress and future opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and fundraising goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound marketing

• Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi) is a plus.

• Proficiency in outreach tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Closely, or similar platforms.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-level investors.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
